Led by owner James Derks, CPM, our management staff at Aspen Management have decades of combined experience between them providing the best service possible. James alone has been in the property management business and has worked closely in the real estate industry for over 30 years. As a licensed broker in Wisconsin and a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management, James is doing his part to lead the charge in terms of bold new opportunities for all types of people.  We also provide consulting services for multifamily investors and companies.
